MANAGER
Position type – salary
Oversee all aspects of the installation and implementation of voice,
data, and video structured cabling systems from inception to completion.
May oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Duties Include:
When possible, evaluate job site prior to proposal
Review proposals prior to submittal
Determine site storage and staging availability
Procure all permits
Order and manage all tools, materials, and documentation
Conduct all job site safety meetings
Maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency
Be the main point of contact for the customer
Maintain frequent communication with the customer and field staff
Customer satisfaction
Evaluate and deliver documentation and submittals
Manage all subcontractors
Identify additional sales opportunities and performance enhancing
suggestions
General requirements:
4 + years of experience
Exemplify proven success managing crews of 8 or more
Tested ability to multi-task
Superior organization skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral and written skills
Customer Service training a plus
Manufacturer/ BISCI training and certification a plus
