LEAD TECHNICIAN

Position type – hourly
Part of the full time field staff, the lead technician supervises the crew (or sub-crew) at a particular job site from project inception to completion.Duties

Include:
Installation of cable support systems
Installation of voice, data, and video cabling
Daily materials and tools management
Field generated documentation and as-builts
Technician productivity
Work flow efficiency
Participate in construction meetings and job walks
Punch list development
On-site daily point of contact for customer

General requirements:
2-3 years industry experience
Experience managing crews of 4 or more
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Work hour flexibility
Manufacturer/BISCI training and certification a plus
